  • Eats 10 or more foods, even if choices are limited

  • Growth and nutrition remain typical
  • Eats from at least 2–3 food groups

Problem Feeder (May Need Evaluation)

  • Eats fewer than 10 foods total
  • Permanently loses accepted foods
  • Cannot tolerate new foods nearby
  • Frequent gagging, coughing, or choking
  • Growth concerns or medical issues
  • Avoids entire food groups or textures
