Every parent has questions along the way:

“Is this normal?”

“Should I be worried?”

“How can I help at home?”

Most of the time, these concerns fall into the gray zone — not a delay, not a diagnosis, but something families want clarity about.

Our Family Wellness Program offers simple, supportive, one-on-one sessions that help you understand your child’s development and learn practical strategies — without a referral, evaluation, or diagnosis.

This is early support that fits real life.

Book Now

A Wellness Visit is a single, guidance-based session with a licensed OT, PT, or SLP who specializes in your child’s need.

Book Now

Each visit includes:

  • A brief developmental snapshot
  • Clear explanation of what’s typical and what’s a variation of normal
  • Easy, practical strategies you can start using today
  • A personalized plan for your child and your family
  • Next-step guidance only if needed

No evaluation or diagnosis is needed; however, should an evaluation be completed and not medically necessary to receive therapy, we can still do a wellness visit.

Who Is the Wellness Program For?

Families who say things like:

“My child gets overwhelmed easily.”

“She’s not eating well, but she’s growing fine.”

“He prefers screens over play.”

“She mixes languages — is that typical?”

“He avoids climbing or messy play.”

“Bedtime and mornings are stressful.”

“She gets frustrated with new skills.”

If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this normal?” — this program is for you.

Why Pediatricians Trust the Wellness Program

Wellness Visits give pediatric providers a practical, developmentally informed next step when:

  • concerns are present
  • but do not clearly require evaluation

Instead of “wait and see,” providers can confidently say:

“Let’s get you some guidance now, and we’ll follow up if needed.”

It strengthens communication, reduces unnecessary referrals, and supports families early.
