Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized physical therapy treatment plans for children
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance physical development
- Provide hands-on therapy to children using evidence-based techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate families and caregivers on how to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Support physical therapists in delivering high-quality care and achieving patient goals
- Assist in mentoring and supervising students and clinical fellows as needed
