Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized speech and language therapy treatment plans for children
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support communication and language development
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech, language, and feeding disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other therapists and professionals to ensure holistic care for the child
- Provide guidance and support to students and clinical fellows as needed
- Deliver therapy in community and clinic settings
