Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for children
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance physical, cognitive, and social development
- Provide hands-on therapy to children using evidence-based techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate families and caregivers on how to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to achieve patient goals and ensure high-quality care
- Assist in mentoring and supervising students and clinical fellows as needed
