Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for children
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance physical, cognitive, and social development
- Utilize evidence-based practices to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate families and caregivers on how to support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Provide guidance and support to students and clinical fellows as needed
