Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Overview


We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA to help launch and grow our ABA program at our West Palm Beach clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up while working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will work closely with our PT OT SLP and feeding teams to support children and families through shared goals, consistent communication, and coordinated care.

This position offers the opportunity to be involved early in program development, contribute to clinical systems and culture and grow into leadership as the ABA program expands.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinic based ABA services for pediatric clients
  • Collaborate closely with OT, PT, SLP, and feeding therapists on shared goals
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs as the program grows
  • Provide caregiver education and ongoing communication
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Participate in program development, clinical standards, and systems building
  • Assist with insurance credentialing and compliance as needed

Requirements


  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA certification
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA services
  • Supervisory experience with RBTs required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, dependable, and collaborative
  • Interest in growing with a developing program
  • Active CAQH profile
  • Medicaid Provider ID required; additional payers preferred
