Bio

Ms. Regina serves as Rehabilitation Director of Progressive Pediatric Therapy's West Palm Beach clinic, bringing a speech-language pathology background paired with an earlier career as a music therapist.

Regina is a feeding and AAC specialist and holds Feeding Master Clinician status, with additional advanced training in Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC Advanced) for Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She is also PROMPT trained and certified in Feeding Beckman Oral Motor techniques, with particular clinical interests in Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Autism, feeding, AAC, and literacy. Drawing on her music therapy training and prior experience as a job coach for young adults with disabilities, she brings a uniquely well-rounded approach to therapy, and she has led inservices for preschools, the ELC, The Arc, and parent training sessions.

Regina earned her bachelor's degree in Music Therapy and Psychology and her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University, completing her graduate studies through FSU's distance learning program in 2019. She speaks conversational Spanish at an elementary level. Regina is the mother of two, including a son with Childhood Apraxia of Speech, an experience that deepens her connection to the families she serves — and she's a big fan of manatees and sharks.
