Bio

Mr. Lukas is the Occupational Therapy Clinical Supervisor at the Lake Worth clinic. He earned his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Kettering College in Ohio in 2019, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Business at Nova Southeastern University, where he also played collegiate basketball for four years. His experience working as a teacher and summer camp counselor for basketball and YMCA camps first prompted him to pursue a career in occupational therapy.

Lukas's occupational therapy experience has been predominantly in pediatric outpatient clinics, along with inpatient work at Dayton Children's Hospital. He has worked with children with autism, cerebral palsy, Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, intellectual/developmental disabilities, Down syndrome, and developmental delays in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

He continues to pursue continuing education on topics including fine motor skills, sensory integration, and motor assessment and intervention, and he is trained in Reflex Integration and orthotics.
