Bio

Ms. Cristina serves as the Clinical Manager of our West Palm Beach clinic, where she brings more than two decades of pediatric occupational therapy experience to the children and families she serves.

As a Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) certified therapist, she has a particular passion for treating sensory processing disorders and children on the autism spectrum, alongside experience supporting kids with developmental delay, neurological impairment, visual motor delay, hypotonia, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy. Her clinical toolkit includes training in Handwriting Without Tears, Therapeutic Listening, the SOS Feeding Approach, Zones of Regulation, reflex integration, and therapeutic taping, and she has advanced through PPT's clinical ladder as an Advanced Orthotics Clinician and Intermediate Feeding Clinician, with additional progress on the feeding, wheelchair/equipment, and orthotics tracks.

Cristina earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish. A dedicated mentor and educator, she has developed and presented continuing education for PPT and the broader community, including a live webinar on upper extremity splinting for function in pediatrics, sessions at the ELC conference on sensory processing and behavior management, a presentation at the FAU STEM Teacher Academy, and a Facebook Live discussion on dyslexia. Outside the clinic, Cristina is an avid runner and animal lover who shares her home with three Weimaraners and guinea pigs, and she often brings her love of crafting and creativity into her therapy sessions.
