Bio

Mr. Conrad brings a relationship-based approach to therapy and a genuine passion for helping his clients and families grow into their full potential. Having dreaded speech therapy himself as a child, he now focuses on child-led sessions that are engaging, motivating, and fun, while remaining grounded in evidence-based research.

Now in his fifth year as a speech-language pathologist, Conrad has extensive pediatric experience in rural school settings and multiple private practices. His clinical interests include early intervention, speech sound disorders, parent coaching, ASD across children and adults, social communication, and AAC. He also has a unique interest in combining his passions for sports and speech therapy, having partnered with a previous community to start LSA programs in Montana.

Conrad completed a 6-month Inside Out Sensory Certificate Program and was awarded a national certificate from ASHA as a Distinguished Early Career Professional, along with local recognition as the #1 and #2 Best of the Flathead Valley SLP in back-to-back years. He grew up in Wisconsin and trained across the country, including in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, and Montana. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, basketball, exercising, hiking, reading, games, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops with his wife.
