Bio

Ms. Aimee is the Owner and CEO of Progressive Pediatric Therapy, where she leads a team of more than 80 therapists dedicated to empowering children, families, and communities through physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. A Physical Therapist by training, she brings a deep passion for helping children reach their fullest potential to every aspect of her leadership.

Beyond her clinical background, Aimee is a dedicated advocate for the pediatric therapy profession. She has worked closely with legislators and lobbyists to improve Medicaid rates for pediatric therapists in Florida, expanding access to care for children across the state. She is also committed to fostering innovation in therapy practices, promoting collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, and mentoring the next generation of therapy professionals.

Aimee holds a Master of Physical Therapy and was recognized with the FLASHA Distinguished Service Award in 2024 for her exceptional contributions to the field. In 2023, she founded PPT4Ed, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering clinical therapists, community leaders, children, and families through continuing education, live and recorded webinars, in-person courses, university research collaboration, and caregiver training partnerships with community organizations.
