Bio

Ms. Abbey is a Staff Physical Therapist at our Lake Worth clinic who has known since early in her career that pediatrics was her calling.

She completed her final clinical rotation at Progressive Pediatric Therapy, gaining hands-on experience with cerebral palsy, torticollis, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and orthopedic injuries. Abbey continues to build her skills through Galileo training and mentorship from the PPT team.

Abbey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in May 2024, after completing her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at Palm Beach Atlantic University. A former college softball player and coach at both the collegiate and recreational levels, she even shared her insights on gross motor development in an episode of the PPT podcast. Outside of work, Abbey enjoys the beach, watching and playing sports, spending time with her husband, thrifting, and baking — and she'll never turn down ice cream.
