Bio

Conrad has a passionate desire to help his clients and families grow into their full potential, having a relationship-based approach to therapy. Being someone who dreaded speech therapy as a child, he focuses on child-led therapy that is engaging, motivating, and fun, yet rewarding and backed by evidence-based research. In his fifth year as a speech-language pathologist, he has extensive experience in pediatrics, having worked in the rural school setting and multiple private practices. His primary clinical interests range from early intervention, speech sound disorders, parent coaching, ASD (children and adults), social communication, and AAC. He also has a unique interest in combining his passions of sports and speech therapy, partnering with his previous community to start LSA programs in Montana. This past year he completed the 6-month Inside Out Sensory Certificate Program. He was recently awarded with a national certificate from ASHA for a Distinguished Early Career Professional, also receiving local accolades such as back to back years as #1 and #2 Best of the Flathead Valley SLP. Conrad grew up in Wisconsin, though receiving his education/training across the U.S. in areas including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Oregon, and Montana. Outside of work, he enjoys being active (playing tennis, basketball, exercising, hiking), reading, playing games, and exploring/adventuring with his wife. He especially loves finding a great local coffee shop or new restaurant.
