Bio

Romie graduated with her Master of Occupational Therapy from Barry University in August 2018. She has worked in various pediatric settings including outpatient clinics, early intervention, and schools. Romie has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, and feeding difficulties. She is passionate about helping children and their families achieve their goals through evidence-based practice and family-centered care. Romie enjoys working collaboratively with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive care. She is bilingual (Spanish) and enjoys being able to communicate with families in their native language. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, working out, and spending time with her family.
