Ms. Lauren, MSOT, OTR/L

Lauren earned her Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Keiser University in 2016 and began her career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). While continuing to provide pediatric therapy services with PPT, she completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2021 and became a licensed Occupational Therapist. She is dedicated to helping children develop the skills and confidence needed to participate successfully in everyday life and is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based care that empowers children and supports families throughout their therapeutic journey.

Lauren has experience working with infants through young adults with a wide range of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and pediatric feeding disorders. She enjoys creating engaging, play-based therapy sessions that build upon each child's strengths while addressing functional goals related to fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory processing, self-care skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and feeding.

Lauren has advanced training in Pediatric Feeding Therapy and is an Advanced Feeding Clinician. She has also completed specialized training in Intermediate Orthotics, the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs) and Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES), Handwriting Without Tears®, and Reflex Integration techniques. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to ensure she provides evidence-based, high-quality care using current best practices.
