Aimee Brueck PT

Ms. Aimee, PT, MPT

Owner/Physical Therapist

Aimee Brueck is a pediatric physical therapist who has been practicing for more than 15 years. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She has worked in a wide variety of settings nationwide, including hospitals, private clinics, and home care. She has been an Evaluator for Early Intervention since 2005. She is certified in Neurodevelopmental treatment, trained in the Therasuit Method for intensive physical therapy, and trained in protocol for Constraint Induced Therapy for children with Cerebral Palsy. She provides evaluations, treatment, and consultation for infants and children of all ages. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Association of Pediatric Therapists. Aimee is enthusiastic about children and prides herself on being able to make a difference in the lives of her patients and their families. She is specialized in working with children who have neuromotor issues including cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, genetic disorders, premature infants, general gross motor and developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, intermittent toe walking, and torticollis. She has taken extensive continuing education courses in baby treatment, infant massage, kinesiotaping, torticollis evaluation and treatment, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, bracing, aquatic therapy, and early intervention training.

Aimee has made numerous presentations to new mothers and teachers to help them understand child development and the importance of “tummy time”.

Mary Pengelley PT

Ms. Mary, PT, DPT, ATP

Rehab Director of West Palm Beach

Mary has worked since 1983 with children with a variety of developmental disabilities, including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, genetic disorders, muscular dystrophies, brachial plexus injury, and torticollis. Mary has worked as a pediatric PT in rural Jamaica as a Peace Corps Volunteer, Blythedale Children’s Hospital in Valhalla NY, at Easter Seals in WPB, the Paley Limb Lengthening Institute in WPB, and at the Arc of PBC. At the Arc, Mary was instrumental in helping to develop Potentials Charter School, an innovative therapy-intensive school for children who are non-ambulatory and non-verbal. Her experience includes therapeutic horseback riding, adaptive aquatic sports, adaptive gymnastics, aquatic therapy, adaptive seating and mobility as an assistive technology practitioner. Mary has also worked as an adjunct professor, teaching pediatric classes and labs to DPT students at the University of St. Augustine and Nova Southeastern University.

Jenny Norton PT

Ms. Jenny, MS, PT

Physical Therapy Clinical Manager

Jenny has worked with children of various ages since 1994 after graduating from St Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and completed her master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1998. Jenny has practiced physical therapy in various settings including hospitals, home, schools, and aquatics. Jenny enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses and age ranges. She has much experience in treating premature infants, children with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, torticollis, autism, and early intervention through Early Steps. Jenny makes much effort to educate parents and caregivers in maximizing a child’s function throughout daily routines. She also explores home and community activities that are able to be adapted to meet a child’s needs. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and biking. She also has a passion for CrossFit and sharing this with children of all abilities.
Allison Kurtz PT

Ms. Allison, PT, DPT, ATC, CKTP

Staff Physical Therapist

Alli graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2018 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Athletic Training, at University of Miami. She is also a certified Athletic Trainer. Alli has practiced physical therapy in various settings including outpatient orthopedics, adolescent athletics, pediatrics and as part of the medical staff during international sports competitions. She has served as team Athletic Trainer for the U18 NCSA All American Swim Team and for Team USA during the Maccabiah Games. During her pediatric clinical rotation and time working with pediatric athletes, she discovered her love for pediatrics.

 Alli is skilled in kinesiotaping, blood flow restriction therapy, myofascial release, and trigger point dry needling. Her experience includes treatment of children with diagnoses such as: Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Idiopathic toe walking. In addition, Alli has extensive experience in pediatric orthopedic and athletic injuries. Alli finds the ultimate reward in pediatrics is watching each child reach their full potential without putting limits on them. Outside of work, Alli enjoys playing co-ed recreational sports, running, hanging with friends and family, and spending time with her dog, Achilles.

Ana Perez PT

Ms. Ana, PT, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Ana graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Miami in 2020 and has a bachelor’s degree in Integrative health Science and psychology from Stetson University. Ana has participated in numerous Medical Brigades abroad in Honduras and Panama, where she first realized her passion for pediatric physical therapy. Throughout her doctorate education she completed multiple pediatric clinical rotations in the NICU, PPEC and Outpatient pediatrics, which has broadened her skills and exposure to numerous diagnoses.

She has worked with children of all ages from birth to 18 years old. She has experience treating diagnosis such as: Developmental Delay, Prematurity, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Cardiopulmonary disorders, TBI, post near-drowning and DMD. Ana has advanced training and education for Leadership Development in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND), where she received extended training in interdisciplinary approaches to assessment, treatment, and prevention of neurodevelopmental disabilities as well as leadership training to advocate for children with disabilities. She has also received additional training for Torticollis assessment and treatment of infants and children. Ana is fluent in both English and Spanish including medical terminology. Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her friends, family, Zoë and Tobi (her dog and cat).

Ann Ko, PT

Ms. Cherrie Ann, PT, C/NDT

Ann Ko graduated from Cebu Doctors University, Philippines in 1998. She has experience in pediatric outpatient therapy, school based therapy, and in a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility. She treats a variety of diagnoses including, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Chromosomal Deletion, Rett’s Syndrome, Torticollis, and Developmental Delay. Ann also has experience in Intensive Therapy using the Therasuit. She is certified in NDT in Pediatrics.

Erica Koester PT

Ms. Erica, MSPT, DPT

Erica has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2004. She graduated with a Dual degree – Bachelors in Health Science and Masters in Physical Therapy in 2004 from Touro College of Health Sciences, Bayshore, NY. She returned back to Touro College to receive her Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2007. Prior to receiving her Physical Therapy degrees, Erica was a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from The New Center College of Wholistic Health, Syosett, NY, in 1997. In January 2018, Erica made the move to Florida.

Erica has worked as a physical therapist in a variety of settings which include pediatric therapy in school based, early intervention, and home care. She is trained in John Barnes Myofascial Release and enjoys using these techniques to improve function for the populations she treats. Erica’s pediatric experience includes Autism Spectrum disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delays, Idiopathic toe walking, Spina Bifida, Torticollis, and rare genetic diseases.

Ms. Jamie PT

In May 2019, Jamie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelors of Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. She has always been passionate about working with the pediatric population and has been working with kids since graduating school. Throughout her doctorate education she completed rotations in the school system working directly with kids with varying disabilities. 

She has worked with children of all ages from birth to 21 years of age. She has treated children with diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, torticollis, sports injuries, and chromosomal/neurological abnormalities. 

Outside of work, Jamie loves outdoor activities in the florida sun and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Milo. 

Kallie Atti PT

Ms. Kallie, PT, DPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Kallie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, Davie, Florida in 2014 and has a Bachelors in Kinesiology from David Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN. Kallie was a certified personal trainer and a former collegiate athlete which has broadened her knowledge and passion for orthopedics. However, during graduate school, she realized her love for pediatrics. She enjoys working with children of all ages and has experience in treating a variety of diagnoses such as: Torticollis, Developmental Delay, Prematurity, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Down syndrome, Rett Syndrome, and Fragile X as well as orthopedic injuries including ACL repairs, Rotator Cuff Injuries, Osteochondrosis, Disc degenerations, and Scoliosis. She is a certified provider for the Early Steps program.

Kallie has taken continuing education courses in plagiocephaly, myofascial release, and early intervention and she is fluent in Portuguese. Outside of work, Kallie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Kristen Johnson, PT

Kristen has been a practicing pediatric physical therapist since receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2013. She completed her final internship with Progressive Pediatric Therapy and has been a member of the team since then. She has treated kids of all ages with neurological, genetic and musculoskeletal conditions in a variety of settings, including home based, private clinic, daycares, and aquatics. She has a passion for working with families in their natural environment to help discover adaptations that will allow children explore and play. She has completed continuing education courses in NDT, Myofascial Release, Torticollis, seating and positioning, and adaptive equipment.
Namyata Patel PT

Ms. Namyata, PT, C/NDT

Namyata Patel is a licensed physical therapist in New York and Florida, USA. She graduated with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from JRN Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth, India in 2010 and Master in Pediatrics Physiotherapy from KLE University, India in 2012. She has worked in a wide variety of facilities including Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics, NICU, ICU, rural areas, and Home environments in India.

In 2018, she became a licensed physical therapist in New York and started working in a school setting and skilled nursing home.  She has been a pediatric NDT certified practitioner since September 2019. She is a member of American Physical Therapy Association, APTA Pediatrics, and Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association. She has a wide variety of experience treating children with hydrocephalus, infants with G-tubes, Cerebral Palsy, Club foot, muscular dystrophy, genetic disorders, rare orthopedic and neurological conditions. She believes in “Hands On” therapy with fun and creative activities with children. In September 2020 she moved to the Sunshine state and joined the Progressive team in November. Other than Work you will find her at the beach or with her husband trying out different cuisine.

Zoey S PT

Zoey graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2020 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Athletic Training from University of Miami. She is also a certified Athletic Trainer. She has worked with children of all ages from birth to 18 years old. Her experience includes treating diagnoses such as Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Torticollis, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Idiopathic toe walking, and a variety of orthopedic injuries. She is excited to continue to grow as a clinician while working alongside the passionate and knowledgeable therapists at Progressive Pediatric Therapy. Outside of work, Zoey enjoys planting, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. 
Darlene Landy PTA

Ms. Darlene, PTA

Staff Physical Therapist Assistant

Darlene graduated from South University with a degree in Physical Therapy Assisting in 2012, and has been with Progressive Pediatric Therapy since 2013. She has worked in a variety of settings and with children with numerous different diagnoses. She treats clients in the home and in the clinic. She also has experience working in schools, PPEC, and outpatient orthopedic clinic. Darlene has continued her education using techniques in treatment strategies with a focus  in NDT, Myofascial Release, and Mary Massery Respiratory strategies. She has also continued her education in orthopedic conditions such as Torticollis and gait abnormalities. Darlene also holds a certification in Therapeutic Riding and education and experience in hippotherapy. Darlene enjoys working with children of all ages, and especially likes to use play to engage children to meet their PT goals.
